These terms describe enrollment, payment, conduct, ownership, and the legal framework for using Venture University and participating in the program.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, applying to, or enrolling in Venture University, you agree to these Terms of Service and any related policies we provide to students.

Enrollment and Payment

Program enrollment currently includes a $5,000 upfront payment and a $500 per month continuation fee after graduation, subject to the payment terms presented during checkout.

Refund Policy

All program payments are final once the program has started. Venture University does not offer refunds after program participation begins.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Venture University provides education, support, and resources, but does not guarantee revenue, funding, employment, business success, or any specific outcome.

Intellectual Property

Students retain ownership of the businesses, products, and intellectual property they create while participating in Venture University.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to participate professionally, act in good faith, and avoid conduct that is abusive, dishonest, disruptive, or harmful to the community or program.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
